Candance Bui-Walston does not endorse or tolerate unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail (“Spam”) in any form. Users’ information will not be used in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of Spam, in accordance with the requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act), and all other applicable unsolicited commercial email laws. Candace Bui-Walston will use personal e-mail addresses only to provide company communication and services, and such communications will be sent only if users have subscribed to such communications. If users receive our communications and wish to be removed permanently from the createfreedomwithcandace.com/ mailing list, they may do so using the optout link provided in each communication from Candace Bui-Walston. Candace Bui-Walston continuously inspects our marketing services for full compliance with our anti-spam policy, but if you feel you have received an unsolicited email, or if you have additional questions, comments or concerns concerning unsolicited email, please send an email to candace@candacetraining.com.
